Biografía
Ignis ventorum is an experimental melodic death metal band from Bello, Colombia; started in 2009, as a musical project of bassist Jhon Zuleta, and drummer Harry Orozco, involving sounds from some metal sub-genres, that converge in the strong sound of melodic death metal, with the taste of each member.

To give form to the band, auditions were made to different musicians. During this process the band had in its line-up the keyboard player Jonathan Durango and the guitar player Steven Galvez, they decided to leave the band in order to continue with their own personal projects, Ignis ventorum current members are Laura Correa and Sebastian Mejía as vocalists, Brayan Calvo and César Ramírez as guitarrists, Jhon Zuleta as bassist and Harry Orozco as drummer.

The band demo titled “Winds of fire” was mixed and masterized by David Giraldo in his studio in Itagüí, Colombia, in early 2012.

Ignis ventorum es una banda de death metal melódico experimental de Bello, Antioquia fundada en el año 2009, como un proyecto musical del bajista Jhon Zuleta y el baterista Harry Orozco, mezclando sonidos de algunos subgéneros del metal, que convergen en los sonidos fuertes del death metal melódico, con el gusto de cada integrante.

Para dar inicio a la agrupación, se realizaron audiciones a diferentes músicos. Durante este proceso la banda contó con el teclista Jonathan Durango y el guitarrista Steven Galvez en su alineación, quienes decidieron continuar con sus proyectos individuales, Ignis ventorum actualmente está conformado por Laura Correa en la voz lírica, Sebastían Mejía en la voz gutural, Brayan Calvo y César Ramírez en las guitarras, Jhon Zuleta en el bajo y Harry Orozco en la batería.

El EP titulado “Winds Of Fire” fue mezclado y masterizado por David Giraldo en su estudio en Itagüí, Antioquia entre abril y mayo del 2012.
